BT launches banking through phone for entrepreneurs, with BT Visual Help
Banca Transilvania extends the BT Visual Help self-banking option for corporate clients, so they can manage their business cards from now on, including by phone.
With BT Visual Help, if a customer contacts the BT Call Center at the phone number 0264 30 80 28, follows the steps indicated in the recorded message and accesses the link received by SMS, the customer can change the trading limits on the card, can temporarily or permanently block his/her card or may request its reissue.
Also, through BT Visual Help the customer can receive or send various files from / to the Call Center team during their phone call, which facilitates the quick solutions.
Launched at Banca Transilvania in April 2019, due to the partnership with the FinTech CallVU, the feature is already available for individuals customers.
CallVU is one of the international Fin Techs with which BT collaborates to launch new digital experiences to its customers. The company offers an omnichannel platform through which customers who call the Call Center team are guided to the digital self-service area.
